Our graduates have been a priority for the company since our founding and Balmoral was one of the first companies in the sector to establish a formal Graduate Training Programme.  It has grown and developed over the years and we have established relationships with a number of Scotland's leading universities.  Whilst there can be no guarantee that every trainee will be invited to remain with us, they can be reassured that we have no desire to see our talented people leave our business when their training is complete.
